Person that physically receive the aid. HOPE manages different types of Collectors depending on the role and the relationship with the Household

Primary Collector

Main collector of the aids

Alternate Collector

Person who comes second in line to collect cash. May or may not be a member
of the household.

External Collector

Collector (Primary/Alternate) that is not an Household member.
